On-Call Rush Delivery

At DASH delivery, inc. we want our clients to know what we can do for them. We determine our rate based on distance and deadlines. Our first zone (and Routed Delivery area) is the downtown area. As the distance and deadlines increase, so do our rates.

Packages we can handle:

Envelopes, documents, books, small boxes, folders, architecture rolls, cd's (media), laptop, and any other small objects you can come up with. Please remember we are on bikes, we will serve you to our most excellent ability.

Hours of Operation

Our hours of operation are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
After 3:30 pm, rush and super rush delivery rates apply.

Details

Round Trip (RT): Delivery rate + 50%

Oversized Package (OSD): Delivery rate + 50%
2' x 2' boxes (copy boxes), large tubes or rolls, and anything over 10 lbs is considered an oversized package.

Waiting Time (WAIT): 10 min. > $1.00/Minute
Please have your package ready when placing an order. If your package is not ready, we can only wait if it doesn't jeapordize other deliveries. Any waiting time longer than ten minutes will be billed at $1.00 per minute from time of arrival.

No Pick Up (NPU): $7.00
If an order is cancelled after we arrive, a minimum charge of $7.00 will be applied

Additional Floors (AF): Delivery rate + 50%
If two or more packages are going to one location but two different floors, 50% of the zone charge will be added.

Wrong Address (WAD):
Please have the full address on your package. If a package is sent to an outdated address and we are still able to deliver it, there is an additional charge based on the “Rush Delivery” rate for that zone.

Undeliverable (UDEL):
If a package cannot be delivered we will call for further instructions. The package can be held, redelivered or returned. Additional charges may apply.
